Change of Mind

Please choose carefully as we do not refund or return if you have changed your mind, found it cheaper somewhere else or decide you just don’t need it anymore.


Goods Damaged during Freight

If you see that the packaging is damaged, please do not sign for the delivery.

To prevent delays, inspect the damage to the packaging, if the damage is to the packaging only and you are happy that the actual product is not damaged then you can accept it.

If the damage to the box has gone through onto the product, DO NOT sign the delivery. By signing the delivery, you are saying that it has arrived in good condition. Products must be returned in the original packaging for replacement or refund.

By rejecting the freight due to damage, it will be returned to Warrior refrigeration and another will be sent straight away, at no extra cost to you.


Faulty Goods

In the unlikely event of faults / defects please contact hayley@warriorfridges or call 1300 232 616 as soon as possible for assistance. Be sure to have your purchase documents ready.

Warrior will arrange a qualified technician to assess your fridge as soon as possible. Please note the fridge will need to be delivered by the customer, to an authorised repairer for a minimum of over night testing.


Returns

Due to the technical nature of our fridges, a qualified technician authorised by Warrior Refrigeration are only able to deem the product faulty.

Proof of a licensed technician installing the product may be requested by Warrior.


Returns Process

To complete your return, we will require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please have these details on hand to complete your returns request.

We respond to all returns lodgements within 24 - 48 hrs (during business days).


Refunds

Will be processed within 5 business days.
